If you use telecommunications authentication, you don’t need to upload a photo of your ID card. You just need to go through the authentication and complete the registration after the telecommunications company confirms that the information is correct. However, there are a few things to note:
是 EZ WAY 官方推薦的認證方式，認證速度較快，而且不需上傳身分證照片。
但條件限制較多，除了申請人必須是本國籍以外，使用的手機門號一定要是本人身分證字號申辦的五大電信商門號（中華、遠傳、台灣大哥大、亞太和台灣之星），而且不能是預付卡或是公務機等特殊門號。
另外，使用的手機門號還要有 4G 網路服務，而且要跟認證當下，裝在手機裡的 SIM 卡門號一樣。
比起電信認證，簡訊認證方式的限制條件較少。
用來接收簡訊認證碼的的手機號碼，可以是非本人身分證號碼申請的手機門號，或是門號是預付卡、公務機等特殊資費門號。還有手機不需要具備 4G 網路功能，也能收簡訊認證碼。
也就是說，如果手機門號無法滿足電信認證所需條件，改使用簡訊認證幾乎都能成功。
可以聯絡關務署協助/進行紙本委任(通常剛剛移居到台灣的人士才會出現不成功的情況)。

根據 LHK 團隊調查，即使收件人沒有按下「申報相符」，也能順利收到包裹。但是根據資深報關行表示，如收件人長期未按「申報相符」，也就是不符合 EZWAY 的設計初衷，可能會導致後續包裹被標記、增加包裹「卡關」的機率。 所以，我們建議收件人按下「申報相符」，以免日後改版或規定變動之後造成其他較難預期的不便。
